Weight loss may be a decrease in weight resulting from either voluntary (diet, exercise) or involuntary (illness) circumstances. Most instances of weight loss arise thanks to the loss of body fat, however in cases of maximum or severe weight loss, protein and alternative substances within the body also can be depleted. Resurge
